Coached by none other than Zakumi and the South African Tourism Diski Dancers, thousands of FNB staff gathered at FNB Bank City to learn the moves to the 2010 World Cup Diski Dance. Shine 2010 was there  was there to pick up the vibe and discover that it’s not as hard as it looks.

McDonald’s has assembled a dance troop of over 40  dancers who will be entertaining fans during the games at the 2010 FIFA World Cup.. Shine 2010 was there to get a sneak peak at the dance routine choreographed by Lorcia Cooper and view the girls working their McMesmirising dance moves.

Shine 2010 paid a visit to the Orlando Towers to inspect the newly painted towers, as they received an updated skin ahead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The 90 meter tall towers not only offer beautiful proudly South African artwork, but also offer local and international thrill seekers a unique and exciting way to see Soweto. What better way to see the city and experience the 2010 fever than jumping off into oblivion with the hustle and bustle of the Sowetan streets blurring as you drop 90 meters to the ground?

In efforts on leaving a lasting legacy beyond the 2010 World Cup FNB has officially unveiled its 4^th artificial pitch in Lawaaikamp community of George.

The FNB artificial pitches programme has a sustainability model that ensures optimal use of these facilities through staging community activities, which include games between soccer clubs and schools, company sport days, sport legends coaching clinics, talent identification and coaching.

FNB has unveiled two giant makarapas at its head office in a commitment to rally support for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The giant makarapas have been erected on two 11-metre high spheres in the Piazza at FNB Bank City encapsulating the excitement and colour of the tournament ahead of the official kickoff on June 11.

 Over 500 metres of steel tubing and more than a 100 litres of paint were used to create the vibrant structures, generating an atmospheric vibe in the inner city ahead of the world's greatest tournament to be held in Africa.
