Competition Outline
Shine 2010 is giving away three Adidas Bafana Bafana jerseys per month for a period of three months (September, October and November). Three lucky Shine 2010 followers will have the chance to win one of these jerseys.
To enter, all you have to do is:
- Follow @Shine2010 on Twitter
- We also have slow days here at Shine. Slow news days. We need your help to make sure we are covering the latest 2010 good news. So, tweet your 2010 good news story idea @Shine2010 and end it with #Shine2010 and we could be sending you one of three Bafana jerseys.
The deadline for each monthly competition is the last Friday of each month. Winners will be picked at the editor's discretion, with preference given to leads that we can follow and end up as content on the site. The lucky winners will be announced on the Monday following the last Friday of each month.
Competition Rules
- The competition is offered by Shine 2010 to any South African resident with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age. Employees and agents and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
- The competition giveaway will begin at 12:00pm (South African time) on Monday, 28th September 2009.
- Three prizes will be available every month during October 2009, November 2009 and December 2009 for the competition. Winners will be announced on the Shine 2010 Twitter account on the first Monday of the new month at midday.
- The prize itself is an Adidas Bafana Bafana jersey. We will have the prize sent to you directly.
- To enter the competition you must send your 2010 good news story ideas @Shine2010 from your own Twitter account and include #Shine2010 in your message.
- You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified).
- The editor of Shine 2010 will choose the winners from the best story ideas within the competition period. We will then announce winners from our twitter account (@Shine2010).
- Entrants' personal details will be used by Shine 2010 in strict accordance with Shine 2010's privacy policy.
